Professional Biography

Michael Richman is a New York State licensed real estate broker and approved real estate instructor. He is a true street-smart real estate professional who provides value added service to his students and real estate clients who benefit from the talents, skills, and knowledge he developed over twenty plus years of real life real estate experience. For many years, Mike worked in the real estate departments of some of New York City's leading law firms. While there, he represented buyers, sellers, lenders and sponsors of cooperative and condominium offering plans, In the 1990’s, he transitioned into the more entrepreneurial role of independent title closer servicing the needs of title insurance underwriters by resolving outstanding objections to title at hundreds of closings every year. In total, he has successfully closed more than 5,000 transactions during his career. A great believer in lifelong education, Mike made time to earn am MBA and a  masters degrees in urban planning. On both occasions, he graduated near the top of his class.

As a real estate broker, Mike's real estate practice is characterized by professionalism and ethical values. By utilizing an eye for detail, accurate information and facts form the basis for his opinions and advice.
