Since becoming licensed in 2003, Rachel Huls has annually ranked as one of the top agents in the Hutchinson MN real estate area she serves. 
 
Successfully running The HULS Team equates into smoothly completing transactions on your behalf.  Our business includes five years of REO transactions, and the past two years overseeing an asset  preservation business.  In addition, we began assisting clients with short sales in 2006 and have had a very rewarding opportunity to assist many sellers in the Hutchinson MN short sale arena prevent foreclosure.  The HULS Team is also active in helping clients with loan modifications and simply being a liaison to their lenders.
