PAULA BILLS BIO

I began in real estate in 2001 in New Jersey. I received my California Real Estate License in 2004, when I returned to California.

I have always had a passion for real estate. My family consists of several building contractors, real estate agents and brokers. I have been a licensed Realtor in both California and New Jersey beginning in 2001.

I have owned and renovated six homes - doing much of the work myself. And I have owned vacation rental and residential income property for the last ten years.

Since joining Mattucci Real Estate I have received in-house certification in commercial retail, vacant land, and residential income property sales. And I am studying for my Certified Commercial Income Property Specialist (CCIP) certification.
