I have been specializing in short sales and pre-foreclosure sales since 2006.  Continued training in this field is essential to stay informed of all the changes in the industry.  Lenders all have different guidelines and each transaction is different.  The homeowner only gets one chance in saving their home from foreclosure, so it is vital that the real estate professional they hire be informed.

I also do residential leasing and resale in the Central Texas Area.  I am located just north of Austin, Texas and my Broker is Keller Williams Realty.  I have been licensed since 1999.  I have done custom home sales, rural home sales, land sales and some commercial sales.  I find real estate fascinating.
