Nicholas Florio

I've been in real estate since 1992 as a sales person and have also received my brokers license. I work with my wife who is also a licensed sales person. I,m retired from the NYCPD and have a two year degree as a paralegal, have worked in law offices as a closer for a banks attorney and also for a divorce firm. My background has been in the law field for quite awhile.
We like real estate because it has that no age requirement and if you work your rewards are there. "It;s what you put into it".
