We had a great experience dealing with NClakefront.com Realty. We contacted Matt Lahtela last summer and planned a trip to Hickory to look at some lakefront property. Matt was great to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable about the entire area and answered all of our questions. He had several properties for us to look at and gave us a tour of Hickory, Granite Falls and the surrounding area. We made an offer on a lot and before we stopped at the first rest stop on the way home, Matt called to let us know the seller had accepted. The rest was done over the phone and by mail.
