I`ve been in real estate for 15 years, helping buyers ,sellers, investors, friends, relatives and other real estate enthusiasts uncover the underlying value of residential, commercial, condo/coop, waterfront, and new construction properties. I enjoy the process of developing raw land and turning it into something of value. I`ve always enjoyed architecture and working with space, light and design.  I recently purchased a building originally constructed in 1885 across from the water in the business district of Port Washington, a harbor town on the north shore of Long Island.  I renovated the property to retain it`s original character, and designed a real estate office center, with the intention of creating a natural synergy of real estate related businesses under one roof. Currently there is a mortgage company, landscape architectural design firm, and a RE/MAX franchise, which I just purchased. I`m looking to add as many interesting people and projects to my real estate world as possible. I hope to add an architect & builder to the mix. I`m looking for an agent to develop a rental department and an international investment desk to the RE/MAX office. It`s all in an attempt to provide a diverse world of real estate at one site. With the advent of technology and the internet, I hope to keep at the cutting edge of the industry. However I never want to forget that real estate has always been and will always be first and foremost about people. I welcome all referrals!!
