Professional Biography
I am a 32 year veteran of the real estate industry and have both a broker's license and an appraiser's certificate (license). I spend most of my time teaching, writing and consulting to real estate companies. I offer my own courses, as well as teaching designation courses on a national level. I hold the designations: ABR, CRB, CRS, ePRO, GRI, RAA and SRES--or to quote Dolly Parton: "It costs me a lot of money to look this cheap!" I am also a certified ePRO instructor, as well as a national speaker, teaching everything from ABR to USPAP. I teach around the United States.
