Mattie Lane

My main focus within the Real Estate field is Property Management in the cities of Merced, Atwater, Livingston, Winton, and Chowchilla, California.  My website is www.Lane-Property-Management.com   My husband, Randy Lane, Broker,  focuses on the sales and buying aspect of real estate. 

He and I moved to Merced from San Jose in 2004, and built a property management business of up to 100 single family homes within a four year period from ground zero. 

While in San Jose, I was president of a self-managed homeowners association for 5 years.  Between that and my recent 4 years I'm now approaching 10 years in property management.

Randy and I recently established our own brokerage and are now building a corporation which will provide full real estate services which will include real estate sales in Merced, Atwater, Livingston and Winton as well as real estate sales.

We are active members of Unity Church of Merced, have four beautiful grown children, and three joyful grandchildren.  We enjoy being involved in varous types of community events
