It's not really about me...it's about YOU! But, you probably want to know about me, so...
I am in my 3rd year of being a professional Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta in Decatur. I love love love being a Realtor. I get such great satisfaction out of guiding people through the often laborious, nerve-wracking and sometimes twisted process that is the typical real estate transaction. I get massive amounts of satisfaction out of making all that seem so smooth and peaceful. That's a lot of where I get my kicks in this job. The other thing is finding deals. Oh yeaaah, I am the ultimate bargain hunter. Love it! Lastly but not leastly, I love to educate, empower and encourage my clients. I want to watch them all build their wealth through real estate. Voila'.

2007 Conversion Rates: Sellers 50% Buyers 75%
This means that I sold half of the Listings I took in 2007. The other half were not sold because: Seller's changed mind and took property off the market to either rent or refinance. The Atlanta market average is less than 50%.
75% of all my Buyers in 2007 closed on a home they loved. The others decided to wait until next year to clear up credit issues. I help Buyers to narrow down their choices wisely before we go viewing. Almost all of my Buyers find the house they love the first time we officially go viewing! They save a lot of time and hassle using my methods.
