Hello and it's a pleasure to meet you.  I am a real estate agent and work with both buyers and sellers in the Orlando area and specialize in the Luxury Home Market.  I have been with Beach & Luxury Realty, Inc. since January of 2007 and have been selling Real Estate in Central Florida since 2003. 

All that said, real estate is currently a wonderful investment and now is the time to buy!  There are deals to be had and I can help you find them.  I am very active with the investment market, including foreclosures, short sales and bank owned properties.  I know that these properties are plentiful and with the right strategies they can be found and purchased.  The buyer needs to be patient though as these properties are not without challenges. 

Sellers are facing the challenge of pricing their homes to sell in the current market and they are willing to do that as time is marching on and people do need to get on with their lives!  So, I'm happy to consult with any sellers to plan a market strategy to price your home and get it sold in a market that is faced with a staggering amount of bank involved properties!

I am a real estate investor myself so can be a resource for any of my buyers and sellers as well as open them up to other investment strategies.
