Lonette Sellers

I've been a full-time Realtor and/or Broker for over 22 years now and have two active licenses, one in CA and one in TN, where I have lived for the past four years. I was born in CA and spent most of my Real Estate career in the Santa Clarita Valley (Northern Los Angeles County), but relocated to just outside of Nashville with my husband after all 3 of my children were "launched".  I have earned the advanced designations of ABR, CRS, e-PRO, GRI, and "GREEN".  I have seen sizzing hot markets (ten offers within 24 hours), horribly depressed markets (homes which took three or four sales within a nine month period just for one of them to finally make it through to an actually closing) and where "short sales" or foreclosures were the norm, each of these MORE THAN ONCE, as many of you have. This business can be tough for those of us who are in it for the long haul and mean for it to be a profession and not just something we piddle around with on the side. I admire what we do and what it takes out of us to do it WELL. I rely on those of you out in the trenches to help me with your insight when I run across something new for me.
