I am also passionate( some say obsessed) about the urgent need for change in marketing and training in the realestate industry. We are still being taught outdated practices from an outdated belief system that simply do not work anymore. We need to change  and stop doing more and more of whats not working and burning out our realtors. The web 2.0 world is here to stay and will keep growing in importance and we need to realise that and start looking at our Findability Factors, customer communications, relationship building tactics and start Building Reputations online and learning ways to leverage word of mouth as consumer mistrust is at an all time high. Transparency and consumer experience is critical in our ever evolving marketplace and the web is driving it.
