About Me

A little about me:
I am married to a plumbing contractor who owns and runs Carroll Plumbing in Vista.
I have 3 children, two daughters in college and a son that's a senior in high school.
I have been a business owner, educator and resident of North County San Diego for over 20 years.
After spending 18 years in the child care field where I was entrusted to teach and care for many young children, I decided to make a career change. I never imagined that I would be so blessed to find something that I love as much as I did caring for young children.
I work for a small independent brokerage, Premiere Properties, in Carlsbad.  I live in the wonderful community of Shadowridge which is in Vista. I work from home and love it!! What's so crazy about working from home is that my husband runs his business from home, also. We have a friend that works 40 hrs a week managing his business in our home. Needless to say, we have a very busy household!!
I look forward to starting a blog, something that I have promised myself that I would start soon. That's what I said when I finished the e-PRO class last year.

This blog has been in my head for almost a year. I continued to procrastinate until finally I am surrendering to get my butt in gear in 2007 and get it rolling. I don't want to say that I am any kind of expert in this real estate market cause I simply am not. I love the real estate business and hope you will enjoy my tidbits of random information on the part of the county that I live in, which is North County San Diego.
