Real estate has been my passion since 1989. During that time, I have experienced a multitude of markets, which has added to the knowledge and experience I've used to satisfy my clients. In this changing market, it is a requirement that your agent know how to serve you and to make your buying or selling experience as pleasant as possible.

I haven't always been in a real estate-related business. Like so many, I've had a variety of life experiences. I've done everything from digging horse trails to cleaning toilets to military service to serving in the secret world of the aerospace industry. I understand that people work hard to provide for their families and they deserve a pleasant place to call their own. I also understand this may be the most expensive transaction in their lives. I know it will be the most important and this deserves an agent who will treat it as such.
 
In addition to being a long-time member of the National Association of Realtors® and the California Association of Realtors®, I am also a member of the Society of Industry Leaders, a Standard & Poor's company and a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies. This is a carefully selected network of industry leaders who hail from various countries across the globe and possess a wealth of vital experience and knowledge. To be accepted as a member one must be an industry leader in his or her chosen field and have the experience and expertise needed by major corporations.

A Passion for Writing
 
In addition to real estate, I have been able to follow my long-time passion for writing. My stories range from real estate and finance to family issues to stories that inspire and depict the human spirit. They have been published in numerous major books and on major news and information sites and portals throughout the Internet. Proudly, I am also a Contributing Author to the New York Times Best Selling Chicken Soup for the Soul® book series. With over 85 millions copies sold to date, consisting of 65 titles and written in 37 languages, this is the most successful book series in the history of publishing. I'm extremely proud to be associated with this prestigious series.

The national exposure my writing has brought me and the wonderful people I've met has become a significant component of my business. This passion for writing has created more exciting opportunities and allowed me to serve new clients...and create new friends. I can truly say every day is a wonderful gift.
