the BEE buzz

I became a Realtor in June of 06', after spending the previous 21 years at The Home Depot.   What I loved most about working for The Home Depot, was my ability to provide excellent customer service.  I learned a great deal about the building and remodeling of homes while employed there.  I had the honor and pleasure of running the Ladies Night Program for several years before leaving. Alas, the day arrived that I felt the need to move on to new challenges.

Becoming a Realtor was something I had always planned on doing eventually.  I had owned and managed several duplexes of my own, and assisted my Mom and Dad with theirs as well.  At one time I had a total of 12 units in my care and responsibility.  These were eventually all sold, and at a handsome profit.  The realized profits were directly attributable to all the upgrading that had been done to them, during my stewardship.  The upgrading skills were of course acquired at, you guessed it, The Home Depot.

What I love most about being a Realtor, is helping people find a Home.  All of the other things that go along with this business are just the meat and potatoes to me.  Helping people find that special home for me is the icing on the cake, and I like cake.

I hope I will have something of benefit to offer this Community.  Being so new, I am rather timid.  I am also quite overwhelmed by so very much to adapt to, learn, grasp, become educated, and continually improve my skills to a hogher level of proficiency.  So, having said that, I am sure it will be understandable why, you may not see me devoting a lot of time to posting.  But, rest assured, I shall be reading and learning.

So now, I am going to BUZZ off.  I have new Hives that need to be located, so I will Bee busy.
