I first moved to Virginia Beach in 1968. I have worked in the housing industry here in Hampton Roads since 1980; first as a carpenter building new single and multi-family homes, then as a home renovation and repair specialist in the ‘90’s. I have been buying and selling real estate as an investor since 1998. I first held my real estate license from 1987-1989 and more recently since early 2003.  Having been involved in the real estate industry for the past 30 years I know the area like few can.  Attention to detail and excellent client service are my hallmarks.
