Nic Nicaud

Nic Nicaud was born in New Orleans, LA but later moved to Tennessee. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He has deep passion for Real Estate.  He and his wife are also Real Estate investors themselves. Believing in Home ownership so much they  own some rental property. The rental property is used to empower their tenants to become home owners themselves. He is very active in his local church. Nic has a great passion for people, and enjoys watching people come to see the fullness of their lives reached. This is a major motivator in his Real Estate Career. He works with First time home buyers and enjoys assisting people in the transition of selling their home to the purchase of a new one.
