Licensed in 1999, I have always put a lot of stock into continuing education and honing my skills to keep up with the ever changing face of the real estate market including the vast and fast changing aspects of technology. I am currently the Immediate Past President of theMD/DC Chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). Realtors who earn the CRS Designation make up only about 3% of all Realtors nationwide. The requirements for earning the CRS Designations combine a commitment to education as well as a moving beyond a benchmark of experience.
