Kathy Skrzypiec

I began my Real Estate career in 1971 as a sales agent in Tiverton, RI. Became a Real Estate Broker in the early 80's, formed a partnership, opening a local full service agency, and began developing the first Condominiums available within the town.
After 22 years, partnership was disolved, (I called it a "No Fault Divorce") as we were each heading in different directions. I am now Newport County Real Estate, another independent Full Service Office, specializing in Waterfront, Water View, Single Family and High End Condominiums.
My mission has always been to give the utmost attention to each and evey client, so much so, some clients have commented that they thought they were my only client. My secret is to never take on more than I can handle at one time, so as to never short change a client.
