My specialty areas are: (a) real estate consulting (tax abatement's, marketing, land development, urban redevelopment and new construction) (b) sales and marketing of vacant land, farms, estates income properties and commercial land.(c) urban renewal ( acquisitions, development, marketing, tax abatement's, political liaison).
