Jolita Wagoner

Having served as a Technical advisor to a large Real Estate Franchise in Flagler and Volusia county Florida, Jolita earned her sales license and after working at two luxury real estate offices in Palm Coast and Daytona Beach, earned her Broker Associate license. 

Jolita later earned her Instructor certification and began teaching pre- licensing and technology for the Flagler County Association of Realtors.  Jolita later earned certification from the Florida Association of Realtors(FAR) to teach GRI, and later qualified as a NAR speaker.  She has served on her local association as a director and as the chairman of the new technology committee.  She also served on the MLS committee and the Resort and Second Home committee for FAR.
