Jolita Wagoner

I was born in Orange CA, and raised from the age of 2 in Chula Vista CA.  After graduating from Bonita Vista High school, I spent a short tour in the Air Force as a 1 and 2 engine Jet mechanic, then followed into the U.S. Navy for a  20 year life experience.   I came into the real estate business after moving to the perfect retirement location (after San Diego). 

I earned my Instructor certification and began teaching pre- licensing and technology for the Flagler County Association of Realtors in 2006, and hold  the Florida Association of Realtors(FAR) Faculty qualification to teach GRI, and have also qualified as a NAR international speaker.  I have served on my local association as a director and currently serve (2009) as chairman of our association's new technology committee. 

I hold certifications and designations as ePRO, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Transnational Referral Certified (TRC), and Accredited Luxury Home specialist (ALHS), Real Estate Cyber Society (RECS) membership, and I also work with our local Navy League chapter in ensuring support of the United States Sea Services.
