Joli Martin

I have lived in Brevard County for the past 9+ years and love the area.  I live in Merritt Island and work mostly in the Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Cocoa, Port St. John, Titusville and Mims areas. 

I am very active in the Boy Scouts of America with my son and love to travel with my husband when possible.  We have a dog and two birds and love going to the beach. 

My hobbies include reading, cross stitching, scrapbooking and some rubber stamping.  Guess I have more hobbies than time!!!  My son plays soccer so I am a soccer mom and are doing the competitive soccer thing for the first time this year even though my son has played since he was 3 years old and is now 11.  My husband coaches a recreation team so I am involved with that team as well. 

I work mostly in the residential area of real estate but have also had a lot of training in commercial real estate and do have a couple of commercial listings.
