Joan Reynolds

I have been in real estate over fifteen years. I did it for ten years part time, selling foreclosures and homes to many single parents and first time home buyers. I raised my two sons alone while also faux-finishing houses and teaching decorative painting at the local community college.
I have worked for several different companies, and have learned a lot about how to help difficult to mortgage people by difficult to sell houses. It occurred to me at the beginning of this year that what was once my niche is now the entire market! So I continue to survive, if not thrive, in an uncertain time.
I am excited to meet and be able to communicate with so many Realtors across the country and share insights.
