Jay Sparkman

A Hollywood, Florida native, I am a 3rd generation real estate broker licensed in the state of Florida and a 2nd generation Realtor. I am located in Sun City Center, FL, the #1 active adult community in Florida.

My wife, Joy, also a Broker, and I have lived in and have helped buyers and sellers  in the Sun City Center TampaBay-SouthShore area for over 15 years. We have an excellent working knowledge of  Hillsborough County and northern Manatee County.

I have the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and e-Pro designations both of which help me in Sun City Center and Kings Point (Sun City Center's condo area),as well as two new adult communities, Valencia Lakes,(in Wimauma) and South Shore Falls (located in Apollo Beach).

I am a graduate of the University of Tampa and have a Master's Degree from Kean College of New Jersey. 

I belong to the Sun City Center Men's Club, Sun City Center Security Patrol. Sun City Center Computer Club, the Sun City Center German-American Club, and take pride in belonging to these organizations that do so much to make Sun City Center a great place to live.

I try to enjoy the outdoors and the super Florida weather by playing golf, fishing, boating, and daily walks in the community.
