     Janet's career in real estate began in the 1970's when she began to purchase properties to renovate  for re-sale.  This added to the  building construction & renovation knowledge she learned from her father as a youngster.  

       Janet  served as a Planning Commissioner in her home county, Goochland, Virginia.   She  has  in-depth understanding of County ordinances and zoning.  Janet knows the questions to ask.
