With the cold weather finally breaking, looks like activity will pick up in real estate. Just negotiated full price offer this morning on house so what more can you ask for. The rental market is really heating up and hundreds of homes are being offered. They really have to be a beauty queen and appropriately priced for good offers to come in. The number of real buyers is still very slim.
It has been fairly busy here in Atlanta since Christmas holidays.The phones have been ringing more, agents have sent more e-mails and people have been stopping in the office to inquire. 2 older listings in inventory have gone under contract and I mean one was listed in 2007.. So maybe it is pent up demand or good rates, but we will take it.
