Like most of the realtors in Silicon Valley, Jan came into the real estates field with a high tech background. 

Her special gift is 'listening' to her clients.  Upon closing of the transactions, they then gained a 'trusted' friend.  'Jan sells with her heart' is what most of her clients said about her.

Her geographic areas of expertise include: Saratoga, Cupertino, San Jose, Mountain View, Los Altos, Campbell, Milpitas and North Valley and greater part of Fremont and the peninsula.  Jan also has deep knowledge in raw land investment, what to look for in this risky yet most profitable form of real estate investment!

Jan loves to work with realtors in different part of the States on referral basis.
