Jim Summers

I've been a licensed Realtor since 1997.  I currently work at RE/MAX Golden Empire in Bakersfield, California.  I have been in marketing my entire adult life, working as a marketing representative for a major oil company after graduating from college and then owning several retail businesses.  

I love people!  I enjoy helping people and get great satisfaction in assisting both sellers and buyers obtain their goal of either selling or buying their dream home.  I specialize in residential sales and Bakersfield is my area of expertise.  With my business background I consider myself to be a tough negotiator and will always get the most for my clients.  My clients needs always come first and I work extremely hard to make certain they attain their goals.

I believe in telling my clients what they need to hear--the truth!  I don't sugar coat things and tell them what they want to hear--honesty is better for everyone in the long run.  If a buyer or seller wants results and they are willing to listen to my professional advice, they will get results.
