I have been is sales for over 20 years. I have been an agent for a few years and recently receiced my Certified Short Sale Negotiator Designation. I am originaly from California. I lived there for the first 30 years where I met my husband, who was in the Navy at the time.  After that we moved to Illinois. I have lived  In Arizona for 3 1/2 years.  Fo the most part I have done predominately  rentals because the market is so slow here. I am bi-lingual . I am fluent in both english and spanish. I have 3 children ages 32,15,8(no this is not a typo). I have 3 grandchildren 2,3,10. My husband is a social studies teacher at the school where my children attend.
