I have been a Middle Tennessee area resident for over 30 years and am very familiar with most Bedford and surrounding county neighborhoods, school districts, and other amenities. I bring over 10 years of sales and negotiation experience along with an upbeat, positive, and extremely friendly attitude to my business.
When working with sellers I leverage state of the art technology as well as my proven marketing plan to ensure a smooth transaction. I consult with them to guarantee the home is in perfect showing condition as well as offer advice as to what changes may need to be made in order to maximize their return on investment. When working with buyers I have a strict no-pressure policy. It is my strong beleif that the decision to purchase a home is one of the most important decisions in a persons life and I am absolutely committed to your satisfaction throughout the entire process. When it is time to make an offer on a property we sit down together and review all previous sales data in the neighborhood to make sure that you are never paying too much for your home. After the initial acceptance of our offer, I review all inspection reports and stay on top of the sellers to make sure they make all the necessary repairs prior to close of escrow.
