My career in real estate began working for commercial/recreational developers.  In 1976  ten year plus career with local home builders followed.  Some of the position held were Secretary to the president, Administrative, Marketing Liaison and On-Site Salesperson.
 

In 1986 I earned my real estate license and joined a local real estate firm.  

My  husband and I moved from Texas in 2000. I was away from real estate for 6 years. Upon re-activating my license last year, I discovered that changes in the technology were so much more advanced, I could hardly believe it.. Upon
re-joining RE/MAX, I immediately began taking class, after class and then more classes.
 

I am now  more prepared to work with buyers and sellers. The e-PRO course was a tremendous help. Because I was gone from real estate for over 5 years, I had to "repeat" the ABR course, which was a good thing because the information has been updated considerably since I took it in 1997. My continuing education is essential in ensuring that I provide my clients with the very best advice, counsel and service available. I recently earned my CRS designation.
