I have been a Marketing Area Specialist, in Aguanga & Anza since 1979.   When I first arrived in the area it was a rural and still is, area consisting mostly of  un-improved properties.  2+ acres and up. During the past 29 years I have seen it grow into two separate rural communities.    I earned my Broker's License in 1982 and then went on to Earn two additional Realtor Designations,  G.R.I. (Graduate Realtor Institute) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist.)   I have been active in the Growth of the Southwest Riverside County Board of Realtors (formerly Rancho-Temecula-Murrietta Assoc. of Realtors.   I served for 4 years as a Director on that Board.  Locally, Anza/Aguanga formed a MLS, High Country MLS<  I, initially served  asPresident for 6 years, then became President again, from 1999-2007, as well as a member of the IMRMLS, a Regional Multiple Listing Service.   I have for the past 4 years been a standing Panelist of the Professional Standards Committee. Presiding over Arbitration, Ethics & Citation Policy Hearings.

I have lived a Country life-style, and enjoyed raising horses, Limousin Cattle and various other animals as well as producing Organic fruits and vegtables on my 8 acre ranch in Aguanga.
