I am the Managing Partner of Hallmark Abstract Service LLC, which was founded to serve our clients' title insurance needs throughout the United States. Initially focused on the Tri-State region that includes New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, Hallmark has partnered with various top-rated title insurance underwriters so that we can now serve our clients nationwide.

I am also the President of  Exeter Commercial LLC and have been involved in the fixed income market for over 20 years as an analyst, trader and investment banker. I am the co-creator of the Commercial Mortgage Training Program and am also involved in educating brokers through seminars, webinars and teleseminars.  After stints at Lehman Brothers, PaineWebber and Citigroup, I formed a partnership with Commercial Capital Alliance with the goal of not only growing the lending portion of the business, but to increase the number of mortgage brokers that could be reached and taught the business of the commercial mortgage market.  My focus, whether developing a new lending product or educational tool, is to provide our clients with a superior result.
