Charles Wallshein, Esq. is a nationally recognized commercial mortgage expert and trainer as well as a real estate attorney.  He has been funding and closing loans as well as teaching mortgage brokers the same since he founded Commercial Capital Alliance over 16 years ago.  His goal has always been to provide borrowers and those that he trains with a product that will allow them to maximize an investment or to grow a career.  He accomplishes this through his commitment to the product, his work ethic and his focus on customer service.

 Michael Haltman is the President of Exeter Commercial LLC, and has been involved in the fixed income market for over 20 years as an analyst, trader and investment banker.  He is co-creator of the Commercial Mortgage Training Program and is also involved in educating brokers through seminars, webinars and teleseminars.  After stints at Lehman Brothers, PaineWebber and Citigroup, Michael came to CCA with the goal of not only growing the lending portion of the business, but to increase the number of mortgage brokers that could be reached and taught the business of the commercial mortgage market.  His focus, whether developing a new lending product or educational tool, is to provide our clients with a superior result.
