Hal Schlegel

Hal is a native Californian, living in Orange County (southern california) within earshot of Disneyland fireworks! Hal has been full time in real estate since 1976 and is a licensed real estate broker.

Hal is married,  has two college age daughters. In his spare time he finds himself golfing, sport-fishing, or playing racquetball.

Hal holds a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation - with his real estate business focused on service, a strong clientele and referral base. His business includes Residential and Investment real estate.

With the current market trend Hal is also involved with REO (Bank Owned) properties.
