I specialize in the wonderful golf community of Eagle Ridge in Gilroy, where I work and play.  I am the real estate instructor at Gavilan College.  I work with my wife, Nancy Frimann on transactions, and we cover all of Silicon Valley, as we are long time residents of this area (since the 1960's) and have seen it expand, grow, go through good times and bad, and we are both Brokers!
