Gerry Eagle

I am a graduate of Bothell High School and Eastern Washington University with a BA in Education.  I taught school for 17 years in the Northshore and Snohomish Schools.  I have been a licensed Realtor since 1984.  I have the best job in the whole world.  I get to meet new people every day and help them accomplish their real estate goals.  I have had the privilege of helping people sell their home before it went into foreclosure even though they owed more than what the sale was for.  That is called a short sale.  In the 24 years I have done business in King and Snohomish Counties I have counseled people to keep their first home as a rental and sell it later if they don't like being a landlord.  I have helped others sell their rental properties doing a 1031 tax deferred exchange.  I have experience in almost all areas of real estate.  I love to problem solve.  If you have a real estate problem you would just like to bounce off someone with a lot of experience, please feel free to contact me.  If I can't help you solve your problem, I probably know someone who can.
