About Me

Michael “Mike” Downer is one of the most dedicated and committed real estate agents in the nation.

Mike comes to ERA Van Syckel Weaver and Lyte after spending twenty years building four successful businesses in sales, marketing, and business development with clients  on four continents. He holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame and has a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University both in Communications. His in-depth experience in real estate and economic factors, which influence our local real estate market serve his client’s well whether they are looking to sell or buy a home.
 
Mike is backed by ERA which has over 3000 offices worldwide and supported by a team of professionals in the ERA Van Syckel Weaver and Lyte Bridgewater office. In 2008 this office was in the top 75 offices in sales worldwide.
 
Mike’s in-depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Home Staging, Home Marketing, Financing, Real Estate Appraisal and more.
