   We hired Maryann Kepreos after interviewing 3 realtors. Maryann presented herself professionally and realistically. She sold our home within 3 months of listing it even in this severely depressed market. Her home staging suggestions were an enabler for a quick sale. In addition, Maryann helped us find a beautiful home for a lower price than we originally expected to pay. She clearly explained the pros and cons of the various property options (short sales, foreclosures) to prepare us for our search and negotiations. She was always available to show a home whenever we requested to see one and she returned phone calls immediately. We would highly recommend Maryann to anyone requiring real estate services.
