Hi, I have started my second career, as a Realtor. After driving a transit bus for twenty five years, working in New York City and San Diego, this new career is quite different. I really enjoy working with people to obtain their dreams. I really enjoy the fact that real estate is the perfect example of free enterprise capitalism where the economics law of supply and demand work so well and control the market.
I have a wonderful wife and family. Two grown daughters and one new daughter who is now three years old. I am the primary caregiver with this daughter, experiencing so much of the child-rearing joy that I didn't experience firsthand twenty years ago. I feel wealthy with friends and knowledge. Learning new information daily and meeting new friends, clients and co-workers makes waking up each day so much fun. Challenges and fun make life so fulfilling.
