Professional Biography

I call myself the "little red hen", because I do a lot of things on my own like the story of the "Little Red Hen" I got my license in 1972 opened my own office in 1974,It has been named Boggess Realty, I had my first office in Visalia, California, I specialized in Exchanging, Business Opportunities, Construction, Property management, Loans and personal portfolio. I moved to San Diego in 1986 and started a investment Real Estate Company called Diamond Investments.After 5 years there I Later I moved to Santa Maria,CA. where my new grandaughter lived and have been here ever since. I have an office here now and primarily work alone, I do several other things besides real estate. I am also a career coach for Department of Rehabilitation, and also in acupressure and counseling. I went to college and got a degree in Social Services, Applied Design and Communications, so I now do graphic design and Photography digital imaging. I usually have one full time assistant that is flexible as I work in a lot of different interests. I am now a great grandmother because my grandaughter got married and now has a little baby. She lives in Washington DC as her husband is in the Air Force. My phone is 805-938-1340
