Blanche Evans

 Blanche Evans is CEO of Evans Emedia, Inc. and publisher of The Evans Ezine. As an award-winning journalist, Blanche has been named one of the "25 Most Influential People In Real Estate" by REALTOR Magazine, and twice recognized as one of the industry's most "Notables." She was also recently recognized as one of the top 25 out of the “Top 100 Most Influential Women in Real Estate,” in an ActiveRain.com poll conducted by Stefan Swanepoel.

Known for her keen insight into real estate industry issues and for her ability to make complex subjects easy to understand, Blanche is a prolific columnist, public speaker, and author of five best-selling real estate books. She was honored to be chosen from scores of writers to co-author the National Association of REALTORS® homebuying and selling guides for consumers.  The two books, The National Association of REALTORS® Guide to Buying A Home and The National Association of Realtors Guide to Selling A Home are staples of the NAR library of publications.

Blanche's newest book, Bubbles, Booms and Busts: Make Money In Any Real Estate Market, McGraw-Hill, was rave-reviewed by The New York Times upon its release in 2006.
