In 1984 during a midlife crises my husband and I threw the kids and the cats in the covered wagon and with no prospects for jobs, just determination to make a new life,  moved west.  Having been a teacher and  education administrator for 18 years I could always fall back on it. But I didn't have to. We settled in Fountain Hills, a suburb to Scottsdale and there I entered the real estate profession for "fun". Fun turned into a 23 year career which included owning a Remax Franchise and our own office, both of which we sold. I retired in 2006 but failed at it. So here I am, back again  crashing around in cyberspace and trying to make sense of the blogosphere.

I  love Fountain Hills, only work this market  and have,over the years, had over 2000 transaction sides. My favorite part is remodeling houses. I've torn them down, ripped them apart and created new from old.
