I’ve been Buying and selling Southern California Real Estate since 1980. First as an investor and since 1999 as a licensed Realtor Agent.
In 2006 I was awarded my California Real Estate Brokers license.
Real Estate is my second career and is fully as rewarding as my first. I spent my first 40 years in the Radio Broadcasting field. Starting as a teen aged Disc Jockey in the 50’s and moving into management & ownership.

These same skills that served me well in the broadcast industry are in fact put to good use every day in my role of assisting Buyer’s and Seller’s. My primary job is to listen, to understand my clients needs and to translate those needs into a plan of action.
