Randy Engfer

Randy Engfer has been selling Real Estate in Portland, Oregon since 1977. He is a native Oregonian. Randy is partnered with his daughter, Shannon Hakala who has been a Realtor since 1995.  Randy recently earned the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation learning to successfully navigating the Short Sale experience, with a goal of helping clients keep their home and /or protect their credit from the foreclosure consequence. Randy & Shannon concentrate on Residential re-sale homes, condominiums, new construction and lots & land as wellas income properties.
Randy's interests include running, skiing and walking his beloved dog, Brewster! He enjoys spending time with his seven grand children, Randy is very active with his church and has made two trips to New Orleans area for Hurricane Katrina re-building.
