George Hartt

George and his wife Shazie have been married over 30 years, have three adult daughters and reside in Carlsbad, California. His industrial career began as a research scientist at DuPont in Richmond (VA), worked his way up to VP at GenCorp Automotive and finally as CEO of his own steel fabrication business in Indianapolis. He was a loan consultant for a short period before working as a Realtor. George holds a Ph.D. from NC State in Engineering Mechanics and completed MBA pre-requisites at the Ohio State Univ.

George has lived abroad and traveled the globe on numerous business and management assignments. He holds one patent, lectured as a National Faculty for the US Government (NIST) and his most recent publication focused on economics of recycling industrial wastes.
