MLS Photos

I entered a blog awhile back and for some reason I have misplaced the answers and need to ask again so I can take it to my MLS board. What are you all doing with MLS Photos. I am trying to get passed that they can not be duplicated and would like some wording on that from those of you that do not allow MLS photos to be used again by another agent.
