I have been a licensed real estate agent in Texas for almost 6 years now and currently with Realty Associates. My specialty is both seller and buyer's agent for new and used residential properties and my areas are southwest Houston, cities of Katy,Sugar Land, Stafford, Missouri City and Richmond. I have  listed REO's as well and have done some short sales.  My buyers are mostly first time homebuyers, investors and some relocation. Most of my business are referrals from fomer satisfied and happy clients. I do real estate investing on the side and still trying to find out what area in real investing I can focus on.
