  As a former Broker and REALTOR for nearly 20 years, we founded www.MyOnlineNeighborhood.com after discovering a unique way to stay in front of all the buyers, all the sellers and all the residents of our home neighborhood and real estate farm. Our marketing then shifted from monthly mail-outs, newspaper ads, real estate magazine ads, billboards and the many ways that REALTORS try and keep their name and face in front of the public. We found ourselves having fun again by promoting our community instead of ourselves. By doing this we found that our neighborhood was now promoting us!
During our real estate career we were active in our local board. I served on the Ethics Committee for many years and chaired it for 2. I ghost penned a regular column in our Board's print publication on Grievance, Ethics and Professional Standards. The articles were then syndicated to other boards. To this day no one knows who the real author was. I also served on Professional Standards and MFRMLS and was Arbitrator for the Board.
Diane served on many committees and founded a chapter of Toastmasters at our board. So no matter what, we still have the heart of a REALTOR.
In our community we were active in our Church and 2 son's schools. Diane found herself as President of the PTA for 2 different years.
Today we still run the company that we founded to make sure that the interest of our fellow real estate professionals is ever over looked.
