EXPERIENCE - I have over 24 years of sales experience and have earned numerous sale awards.  As a full-time, full-service realtor here in Fountain Hills and Scottsdale, Arizona, I have helped many buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.  When asked about my service,  my customers say continuously that they like the fact that I listen to them and give continuous follow-up.  In addition, I have over 15 years experience in rehabbing and managing rental real estate including single family homes, duplexes and apartment buildings.

EDUCATION - I graduated with a B.S. degree from Northwestern University in 1976 and was captain of NU's 1975 football team.  In 1983, I earned my MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College.  At that time, I was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta, National Honor Society in Business Administration.  I have also earned my GRI in real estate.

HOBBIES - I like all sports, especially football and baseball.  I also do Pilates and Yoga.  Reading a good book and watching old movies relax me.
